Timothy W. Kilbourn enlisted into the 22^nd Regiment, Company B on August 29, 1862.  He was discharged on June 17, 1863.  He married in 1858 to Lucy and had a son named Arthur.  In 1900 he lived in Meriden.  He died on February 9, 1907 at age 71.
