Frank E. Kilby, age 40, a blacksmith in 1860 who lived in Wethersfield with his wife, Mary, age 30, and children:  Benjamin, age 17, farm laborer,  Harriet, age 15,  Elvin, age 12, Wilford, age 7, Mary, age 4, Anna, age 2.  He enlisted from Wethersfield intot he 25th Regiment, Company A on September 5, 1862.  He mustered out on August 26, 1863.  He died on January 1, 1869 at age 29 and was buried in the Beckley Cemetery, Berlin.
