Andrew Cochran, age 13, lived in 1850 in Meriden, CT with his parents Wm, age 40, Nancy, age 38, and siblings: Henry, age 18, George, age 14,  Sarah, age 11, John, age 9, Mary, age 8., Frank, age 2, Thomas, age  2 months, Wm, age 2 months.  He enlisted from Canton, CT into the 8^th Regiment, Company K as a drummer.  He mustered out on December 12, 1865 in Lynchburg, VA.  He received a Civil War pension.  In 1920 he lived in Berlin with his brother George.  He died on December 16, 1924 at age 76 years and is buried in Maple Cemetery, Berlin, CT.
